The Archive is either in unknown format or is damaged. filesize detected as 24.8 MB.

Yeah, I downloaded the file and the zip ended up being 0kb. Tried unzipping it and nothing.

Just a couple of quick questions for space....

Does the gangwar mod kick in after the doberman mission ?

I noticed a red corona down the side of Cj's house - not the co-ord, the camera or the driver mods - I cant seem to work out what this one does

I can't use the all in one mad.gif ....I install the way it says in the readme me, but when I go to play it says I "need Directx 9.0" but I have already installed that.


HELP ME anyone please????

I downloaded your 1.1 today and got upto where Tenpenny's Missions open up, during the 1st one "Burning Desire" as soon as I pick up the Molotov's I get a Mission Passed though the Mission does continue and complete it OK, again getting Mission Passed.

When I go back to do the next Tenpenny Mission "Gray Imports" the red corona is there but the Mission won't start. I have done this in 2 different attempts i.e. the 1st time I had done all other Missions, OG Loc, Sweet, Ryder etc and then did "Los Sepulcros" but still Gray Imports would not start. The 2nd time I used the "Mission Skip" for the first few missions and as soon as I could I tried Tenpenny's Missions again ... same thing but this time I noticed that in the Mission Stats it is showing "Missions Passed 21, Mission Attempts 19."

The ONLY Mod I enabled was Viper187's Weapon Select.

EDIT: In the following Save game nothing happened when I picked up the Molotov's and "Gray Imports" is available.

The only things I did differently were:
1. I didn't enable any Mods or even collect the Money at CJ's house.
2. Used the Police car available outside the donut shop for "Burning Desire."

Oh, the mission skipper has some funky problems on three missions. I was not bothered to fix them yet.

I don't know about the DirectX problem. Reinstall the game and see if you can play the game normally. Then install my mod. My mod shouldn't have caused that problem.

Thats exactly what I did,
1. did clean install
2. played the game, saved it
3. took original files placed in "Backed up" folder
4. took your modded files, put them in
5. Played game, says I need directx 9.0C
6. Put my originals back in, now it says that I need driectX everytime I play, on original files


HELP????

Go to START / RUN / dxdiag

Now you are at the Diagnostic Tool for DirectX, check your installed version and Test anything you like.

If you upgraded to 9.0c using the Active Update from Microsoft etc the install could possibly be corrupt, so try downloading the redist (redistributable) 9.0c redist

NOTE: Make a restore point BEFORE you install.

I have version 9.0c and I downloaded directly from microsoft, no utility used.
I am downloading the redistrubutable thing now, Should I download the updates for Directx too?

You probably don't need the Updates wink.gif hope it works for you after the install smile.gif

Thats insane! it must be the xbox owners have just found it,
so 1.2 will have heavy weapons, cool.
You know my views n the stinger mod so I wont plug it any more but there is another idea I have, if you were to make the climbing mod instant with a button combonation say, JUUMP + CROUCH then by holding it down you keep teleporting forward so it could be usd as a zoom mod as well as a climbing mod, plus Ihat having to wait to climp wink.gif

No it didn't because I started the Game again this is the 3rd attempt, where I didn't use the mission skip at all.

I've been using this modset since the first release, and never had a problem getting it to run until version 1.1. 1.01 runs fine and smooth but when I install 1.1 and try to start a game it crashes. Apparently noone else is having a problem with it so I have no idea why this is happening. Anyone have any suggestions? I have run a fresh install, tried to download it from the multiple links listed but for some reason it just won't run. I'm running version 1.0 of San Andreas, but according to the readme file its compatable. Any ideas are VERY welcome. BTW thanks Space for the awesome modding you've done over the years, your the mod king imho. smile.gif

I haven't seen many differences in 1.1 from 1.0 I did notice a few things and from my Gameplay experience with this Mod I'd suggest don't enable too many Mods at once.

Not a very Technaical answer but honestly all I can think of.

Thanks Plaka, but I can't even get the game to run with spaces 1.1 installed to enable or disable mods lol. You think if I install the 1.01 patch it will make a difference? I haven't installed it yet because all I saw that it changed besides system specific problems and disabling the cheesy wannabie porn garbage is that the cars turn black when they are blown up. I guess I'll give the patch a shot, thanks.

I still have the problem of the game not working. I did a clean install, I installed the mod the way I have always done, and played the game and still I have yet to be able to play with version 1.0 installed. This time it says I need directx V9.0, but I have that installed. I haven't tried putting the redistibutable versionin when plak said it might have been a corrupted download.

I just think that the way my computer is set up that I can't play the game with the mod in, because I can play it fine when its all original.

Microsft Windows Home w/ SP2

Does other code mods work for you?

Version 1.2 should be ready within three days. Has all these stuff:
After Burglary, the hosues you burgle will stay opened
Stinger Drop mod included
Updated Driver mod included (the driving and flying part only)
Ammunation upgrade mod included
Uses newly discovered opcodes for out-dated mods in my mod
Deleted the crappy mission skippers not in the ReadMe
Taxi, Paramedic, Vigilante, Pimping, Freight, and Firefighter sub missions are not required for 100% completion
