WEll you will need to edit the paths, so that it is used by the cars, peds, and boats.

And because the paths are stored in binary format now, you will have to wait for an editor, or make one your self.

no i think they are just controlled by the files in the paths folder

some time ago, i changed the paths which trains follow
just did so that the would "run under te city" (basicly i just wanted them not to appear
(gonna try to let them run on the streets some time soon tounge.gif )
it worked, no crashed, and the trains didnt appear, emptying the files though didnt work he game crashed while loading

my guess from this is that the paths are almost even editable as the ones in Vice city,at least the paths (of people?? and) trains are
(don't know which files store the car and boat paths)
i could be totally wrong, guess an expert will correct me smile.gif , but trainpaths are still editable thats for sure

umm well where cars and pedestrians walk and drive around are called paths which are controlled by a file called paths. i dont think there is a tool to edit this at the moment, not for san andreas at least.
and parked cars are controlled by the main.scm, If you are talking about vice city then look in the main for a line like this
CODE
14B: $241 = init_parked_car_generator #SABRE -1 -1  0 alarm  0 door_lock  0  0  10000 at  769.11 -1384.23  18.24 angle  90.0
014C: set_parked_car_generator $241 cars_to_generate_to  101

except see where it says 769.11 -1384.23 18.24
well those are the coords just change those to where you want the car to be
hope this helps

I know how to spawn cars in places.

I have done that on my island already even though it wont show up on FRAPS

i need to know how to make it so that people & cars use my island and bridges.

how do u look at the paths.IPL. is it in note pad??? if so then how do i change it.

How how would i make a tool for that i think i might do that. When i know how
