Very Impressive work guys !
I'm stunned ! really good job !
Just one thing i find strange is the vilage cotage paste near the big building....but looks cool !

MLL and Midway island are going to be redone, the old idea was to save on ID's, using recycled objects, but this is starting to look terrible, the main aim now is to remodel the basic island shapes and replace all those horrible LC buildings, this in turn means we will also replace LC build with better counter parts, and I've already re-textured half of LC.

The red squares shows the dev zones, anything there now will not be, blue zones also need attention this is where the seawall was made up of parts, this will also need to be replaced with something better, white and red areas are just a plan and may not happen yet.

Anyway nice progress on the mainland, it really grew up since the last time I saw it.

But X-Seti you didn't answer my previous question, I think it's really important :

Andy was working on the water issues but his away from the mod, and I am not sure what is going on with that..

I've lost all communication with him, since he found a new job.

well this came long before gtaU did.. tbh they stole the idea of SOL.. thats why im not gona dload that pos mod..

hey, this mod has been in production far beyond United. Its for VC engine also, no ones copying anybody, they're completely different mods for different games.

I hate it when people build custom stuff for mods like these. I would DL if it was only LC, VC and SA.

Well in a way it is LC, VC and SA, but there has to be a way to join it all up without changing any of the original islands apart from SA, where we had to replace some stuff, hence the island in the middle called midway and mainland liberty.

I think this mod is sweet man its awsome.
i downloaded the gta:sol 49.0 and the extra update with it.

i just hope the 50.0 gets done soon.

and i think you should somehow transfer the gta 3 and SA paths to the VC engine
so if some one gets stuck they want have to start over to get another car or heli etc..

I looked on the screenshots and I saw the Sunshine Autos (VC) and the Cherry Poppers (VC) symbol on the map and I thought to myself, "That's not what the Cherry Poppers place looks like around it! The Same Sun Autos.
I'm not convinced with this mod, I though that SA, VC and LC were just going to be put next to each other not put a Monorail above Ecso Int Airport!
I was expecting what I thought!

Reply to this last comment, we should.

If we just had LC, VC and SA alone, then the map alone would not look right, as each city was designed in different time settings, 1985, Around the 1990s.

As buildings don't change much throughout time, I decided to add some changes here and there to VC, but this does not mean it will stay that way when the mod is done.

I'm happy to test tons of layouts and ideas, and that is what we have been doing, seeing what looks best, and looking and Miami today, there are a lot of buildings we could add, to build up VC as a nice addiction without changing the city to much.

SA on the other hand as been a pain in the ass to link to the maps, given we wanted to get everything more or less where it should be, and SA is not geographicy correct, so adding bridges and extra land mess to link to the rest is going to be hard.

The other main point is I have not had any help on the mod until now, we still need some modellers but things are just starting to come together.
