the new version of txd. workshop lets you edit some of the textures and then import them back into the game.I've been able to use one of the best picture editors out there(windows paint)to briten up the tires on the cars in the game.lots of other stuff to edit to.works good.go over and check it out.

I assume that was sarcasm about the MS Paint, right?

If you can't afford or *ahem* "otherwise acquire" Photoshop, try The GIMP, which is free. http://www.gimp.org/windows/
