Yeah, I'm a huge chevy fan too.

Check this, I made the chrome strips the real silvys have that makes black "work"

it's become good on the outside and a little less in the inside, but that's the hardest part i think...fix the normals and give a little more attention to the interior and it'll be perfect

So far the release is probably a while off becuase I don't have the tools to inject it into the game. Hopefully I will GET the tools (hopefully the plugin for zmodeler doesn't cost or I won't be able to put it in the game)

Well, I have somewhat redone the interior. Horv edited my some textures and removed the steering wheel, and then I remapped it and the steering wheel. Also, I changed the order for some things, so you can see the interior now.
user posted image

Edit: I have tried normalizing them, it hasnt worked right yet. If it doesn't work right in game, then I will have to remodel that part.

You will have to register your version of zmodler 2 to receive the SA plugin, but $37 isn't very much for 3D modelling software. I'm sure you can get someone to export it for you if you can't afford it. BTW great model, very good for your first one.

Everything seems fine and pretty good looking on this car except.....

1. The shape of the seats are terrible. My first seats looked kinda like that until I stated to use this as a reference:user posted image

2.The front of the car should be a lot sharper than that, but otherwise good

3.The dash looks too clumped up together. Try adding more polies and give the dash more shape and it will look much better when its mapped

3.The normals seems to be an issue on this car but it can be easily fixed.

Other than that great work you got there and I hope to see it soon in San An biggrin.gif

you will NOT mad.gif
the registration fee, is for registering zmod 2 itself, and only registered users get the IMPORT filter, among other things. but the EXPORT filter will be free. im sick of seeing people spread disinformation.

OK, So I've been trying to get it working in Vice City. The dummies are screwed up or something. Anyone know how to fix this?

user posted image
Edit: I know somewhat why the textures are like that. That isn't the problem I care about right now.

You have to move the local axis according to where each dummy is.

Also, when you import textures into txd workshop, hit the flip button.

Not bad at all.It looks real good but it might sound weird cause your planning to replace the Yosemite? Its a deiseil and I think the 1500 isnt.
Btw:How bout making a F-150 or a Super Duty?.Id love to see one on the game.

Maybe, I don't know, I'm kinda anti-ford lol. Also fords are really shapely so it would be hard to get it shaped to look right.

Well, It's getting close to the end now. I just need to make the exhaust system, and sooner or later a 3D engine maybe. I remade the grill and pointed it, so it looks more real. Cleaned up a few portruding polies.

Looks good but the hood seems to slope down too nrrowly and too straight. Im sure that won't be too hard to fix and will make the car look even better. Also, the steering wheel seems too big. Maybe resize it abit?

The thing is that there aren't any tools to put cars in San Andreas, so I have to BETA the truck(s) in Vice City.

kimd, why don't you do yourself a favor and READ THE ABOVE SENTENCE... don't know how many times I've said this, and you keep saying stuff like
