Look where I found your Astra: http://www.topgear.c...y,artykuly,1123

Didn't know you gave it to Top Gear Poland!

Ironically you got busted by someone who did the same thing himself for no apparent reason. God, what a f*cktard I was.

He probably just ran out of topics to post in, to feed that 48 ppd of his. Not owning a car, he had to make one up. turn.gif

What are you on about? Obviously you know nothing about photography as it's not just the camera that produces a shot like that. Are you really stupid enough to try and pass off press photos as your own?

And thanks Illousion smile.gif

I'll surely be the second one. Just to redeem for my sins.

I'll write something like "Lurch has the biggest cock ever" or something like that. What was it that you made Outcast write?

I'm back in Ireland around mid-July and most likely going to start working mid-August.
I've given up on the 645ci/M5 idea I guess since they will both be a nightmare to tax and insure. I'm most likely going to get a small engined luxobarge.

Supercharged Mercedes CLK, purchased for banging about in over the summer. The other benz (the E/class) needs a bit of attention, so I picked this up to entertain myself for a while.
The car is top class condition w/black leather interior. I have some plans for it, maybe some Kleeman boost kit additions and a bodykit.
Anyways, i just put the AMG wheels on it last night (that I swapped out off the coupe) and ran the high pressure hose over it, and thought this was a good picture.

"Hammers" sure do look great on about any 80's and newer merc. What engine's in that? Supercharged 2.3?

Yeah those wheels are great on benzes. They just look good with wheels with a lot of metal on them.

The engine is the 230 Kompressor. 193hp. Runs like a clock, nice amount of power.

Totally solid, great bodywork. Not a scratch or a ding on it. It can be a problem on them, i fact I looked at 3 other CLKs, a w210 sedan and two BMW e39s (one 525 and one V8 535) before i picked this one out. Some of the others were nice but not perfect, the 535 had a great motor in it, but the body was just going to pieces. I viewed this one 3 times and went over every inch of it to be sure. The owner probably thought I was a madman, pulling out carpets and popping seals in the street to check everywhere. When I finally drove away in it he said I probably knew the car better than he did now.

My friend has a late 90's C230 Kompressor. Seems to scoot well enough though I wish it was a manual (manual C230's exist in US market cars but are pretty rare). Yours an auto or no?

That would be a $15+k car around here. Skylines are mega-inflated in the US (and not quite legal yet). Not sure how I'd really like a 20 in a big ole Skyline though. Seems like a lot of car for not much motor (not much over 200 hp stock right?). The main good thing I hear about them is they love to rev. The 25's are a bit better as far as torque curve goes. Skyline motors are a lot more common around here than Skylines themselves. I know a few people with RB20's in S13's and a ton more with RB25's in S13's and S14's. A lot of my friends drifting them are pushing about 300 hp and they seem to scoot pretty well. A few with some work done are pushing 350-400 whp. Know a couple people with RB26's in S14's with 685ish whp (though they're strictly straight-line cars).

rb20 is a good engine ,but it does lack torque and power ,but with some minor mods they can be made fun ,even in skylines.they do rev high and they last aswell ,I've been drifting mine for a few years now and haven't had any major dramas .but to gain big power out of them you lose a lot of response ,I think the limit before it becomes to laggy is around the 300rwhp .The r32 isn't as big and heavy as the newer skylines but I think it still weighs 100kg's more then a s13 ,but still under 1400kg's witch is still ok ,and the lower power engine kinda balances out if that makes sense lol .

also when I got it about 5 years ago they were worth around 10-13k but now they're getting down to the 5-8 k mark .

I think stock is around 152kw , engine kw that is . I knew a guy with a completely stock one ,before I got mine and on a dyno he made 150rwhp .
