Every time I put in a game it loads up to the screen where it says "Browser" or "System Configuration" and will not go past it no matter how many times I restart it.

I have tried this with many different games, but they all will not work.

So, just wondering if anyone knows what is wrong, and how I can fix this problem.

Thanks in advance.

I had this. Try holding it at an angle in your hand, or try putting it upside down. See if it works then.

Maybe you should try balancing the ps2 on your ass. That way when the cd spins it will make it at a perfect angle since you'll have to position the weight. or you could praise the lord. smile.gif

Try shaking it a bit, but not a lot just a little, or you could put it upside down or in some other angle. I hope this works out for you.

This was happening to me before. If you click browser, it'll probably say Disc Read Error.

My dad dismantled it, cleaned the laser thing with alcohol, put it back together, and it worked.
