If so, being made a Global mod doesn't mean that you've been "fired" from moderating a specific forum. It just means that you can use the good judgement you've shown as a ledby of that forum, to help out in other areas as well.

Why not let others have a go at being a led-by? They do. But only when a member has shown consistant help in a specific forum.

|Plenty of global mods here have an area in which they are best in, so for example, most of the led-bys in the modding forums are now global mods or administrators, but because most of the work they do is about the modding forums, by still having them listed as led-bys there means they get sent the reports for that forum rather than them going to a global mod who may know absolutely nothing about modding. It's basically just a way of making sure certain reports about 'specialised areas' of GTAForums go to people who will actually be able to help out.|
Ok i hadn't thought of that thanks for clearing it up .

But i spend most of the time modding for the whole board. If someone needs somthing done in the gang scene, i am the first contact. unless i am offline then one of the other mods deal with it.

Yes he does. He handles the n00b's very well. He's also very polite and respectful to everyone.
