hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew of a service that allowed people to upload 4-5 meg files online (like music files) in order to use on his/her website or blog? I know this might be a question that someone has asked, so if it's already been done, just please point me to the topic. I've tried using the search function but it seems that I keep getting an error whenever the page loads (which kinda sucks)... so any ideas?

Free? Depends.
Unlimited time storeage? No.
There are some sites that allow you to send very large files to others, however, they are mainly deleted after at least a week.
So no, no free services for that.
But I am very sure a lot of payment services exist for that.
And btw, this is the wrong section for this. WD&P would be more accurate.

ah sorry about that. I've actually never been to that section... I'll try not to post another question like this on this section again. So... there aren't any sites? Mainly because I want to put a sound file I converted from a video (thats now an mp3) on my blog... but I just can't seem to find a place....

Edwards, thanks.
thugofliberty, either you are going to pay or find a friend.
Cause, you'd have to pay for a service like this for yourself. I don't recall any services hosting that amount of sized file for free.
You could also find a friend or someone you know who has a server, and is willing to host for you.
But finding a free service I bet will be impossible.
If I am incorrect, then someone enlighten me.

My friend runs a free hosting service. I'm not sure if registrations are enabled or not, but I know that if you have a regisration code thing, you can make your own account.

If you want a free quick easy way to upload stuff use upload hut. Or if yo want more space use spot quick. Theres 200mb of space and a control panel 9. You can you an ftp program to ypload your stuff. I find it very useful to upload stuff on there.
