Do the english version and the german version of original Vice City have the same main.scm ?

I believe so, and then within the SCM are some ifs for whether or not the version is the censored one or whatever. I think all PC versions use the same SCM.

I think so.

The only differences I heard were from mtavc.com, they said the German and Australian version of vice's .exe were different because the game raters or however in the countries wanted R* to exclude some gore from the game otherwise, they couldn't release it in the countries.

But the scms are the same.

WHAAA?!?!? How come my australian copy of GTA VC has blood? Somehow, ZAZ's Vice City Overdrive seems to have some problems... maybe...... the main.scm is in german, so when you play it with a english version, it screws up really quick...

I found a reason. The 3 motor bikes near the dancing people got a conflikt bcause of
the assasin mission in a particular case.
I corrected something. Look for the new file

DAMN it's screwed up.. unexpected error right after clickin' on gta-vc.exe! Your thing has a bit of too many problems..

EDIT: Solved my problem.. I renamed the .gxt that I was using for vcxxl, to <lang here>xxl.gxt.. I had no <lang here>.gxt so I renamed the gxt back.

Yeah.. but if I used the Devil Mod Punch on the assain mission on the second island near Vice Dock, I finish them all then the mission starts again and again in a loop!

I think you should disable the activation of the mission if it's finished..

You was still standing in the starting area. Look at the map. I added it.
And, I added a zone check. Now the mission will only start again, when the player
come again in their district.
