First of all, go to the America's Army site and post a support topic about it.

Second, it just freezes up the instant you double click or does it begin to install and then freeze?

As soon as I double click it my computer's fan goes really loud (which usually means it's about to crash or it's trying not to crash) and then it starts going REALLY slow and then it just freezes.

Hmm, that's strange. Where did you download the file from? Also, try downloading the file again from possibly a different source while you are at school/work.

I downloaded from 3 different places. I got it from GameSpy, File Front, and SeeMePlayMe, and all of them froze angry.gif

Have you ran Windows update yet?
There was an update released for the Window's installer and that might fix your problem.

2 things I can suggest
1. Make sure you've uninstalled the current AA you have installed first
2. Virus and Spyware scans

Also I downloaded mine from WorthPlaying's Mirror #4, plus I was using FlashGot with 2 connections to get the file at around 550-600k/sec
