In Boondock Saints, where the brothers and Rocco are cauterizing their wounds after the gunfight against their father.
Lost in Translation- the prostitute arriving at Bob Harris' door. "Lip my stockings." The look of utter consternation of Bill Murray's face.
The final 10 minutes of Seven always gets my heart pumping. Very intense.

Braindead / Dead Alive - The custard scene. That scene almost made me vomit.
Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom - The dinner scene at the palace("Snake surprise!").
Evil Dead - Tree rape scene. Not great, but memorable. Well, great and memorable.
The 3rd Harry Potter movie (the name eludes me) - The penultimate scene, in the shack. The story wasn't that great, but it was made f*cking brilliantly.
A Clockwork Orange - The treatment scene. Actually, all of the scenes where he was in jail. Don't get me wrong, I f*cking loved the whole movie, but these scenes really shined.
Full Metal Jacket - The whole first half in boot camp.
The Shining (King version) - The bathroom scene, where the boy gets attacked. I saw that when I was young, it scarred me for life. I now have a fear of opening closed shower curtains.

I know there are more that I can't think of...
