It's a game that I played heavily a few years ago but interest drained throughout as I realized just how poor the combat system was. I don't mind playing heavily text-driven dialogue games either but it just didn't seem to have the depth to keep my attention. However, the extensive world on offer to explore combined with the thousands of items you come across does make it an interesting roleplaying experience. With hope they can clear the other issues up in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Note: If you have the PC Version, there's a large selection of mods you can download to boost the enjoyability of this game.

I can never play it for more then an hour, though that may be because all I do is sneak into towns at night and slaughter the villagers.

Bought the game a few months ago for about 3 bucks, but I just can't stand to play for too long. After all these months, I've only made to one other city... =\
