It's impossible for me to pick a favorite movie, each genre has its greats.

Btw... this is the music forum, so disregard this after a mod moves it.

Yeah, it's just too hard. For example, you can't really compare Pulp Fiction to The Godfather, which I'm sure will be some names that will crop up.

You'd be better off asking for something like Best of Genre.

I think there is already a "best movie" topic, but I could have posted in something slightly similar and be confused.

Anyway, if you can count a miniseries, then mine would have to be "Band of Brothers" I've seen it like forty times and it's easily the best war movie, (Again, if you can count a mini-series.) most of them are terribly inaccurate, and glorify war, instead of admitting the ugliness inherent in it. It's easily my vote for best movie.

My favorite movie would be different though. Something less dramatic, I like movies that don't take anything especially themselves too seriously. For my favorites it would be one of these:

Two days in the valley
Grosse pointe blank
The usual suspects
Reservoir dogs

But yeah, like Matt. and just another thug said, way too many really great movies for me to judge the best one.

(FAKE EDIT)
I hate it when topics get moved before I can hit "Add Reply", I need to type faster or something.

Half of you people aren't even taking this topic seriously. Besides, it's been done a hundred times before. You suck. </3
