then i run a test page np's the color was light but fine its to be expected first time.I run about 10 more tests no improvment i then print a couple of photoshop things ive been doing whcih are both darkish blue, they came out in a black mixed with pink and now everything i pint is distored with the solours in the same way. The only thing that is ok is whn i print a plain text microsoftword document.

Otherwise, just try buying new ink cartridges. They're not that expensive.

If you buy a cheap printer and want to replace the ink cartridges later on, they will be more expensive than if you bought a more expensive printer.
That's how they offer the printers so cheap.
Charge less for the printer, charge more for the cartridges.
