A render of all the lots on the island in Max would be great, 'cause you could make travellings as you wish. Plus it 'll make it all look even better, wich is quite common in most games.

Yeah if we had renders of all lots it would look magnifico.... I should stop the italian.

-=[First of all, DFF conversion ISNT EASY. And SA doesn't support RW 3.3/3.4, so before any of this happens, we might have to wait for a converter, unless someone finds out a way to make 3.3/3.4 work in SA which I doubt will happen.]=-

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but using the trains that are in SA for MI would be cool, if you changed the models to say... a subway or a lightrail type of train, you could have the Myriad Railroad or Myriad Rail Line, for public transport around the islands, i think that'd be pretty cool.

Oh and now that airplanes play a bigger role, having an airport SOMEWHERE in MI would be nice, filled with large garages and all the good planes and helis.

IMO, putting SA and MI (and LC,VC but that's offtopic) in the same game would be awesome if possible.
One kinda problem would be the cars, mentioned already...
If we replace the Stallion with some MI specific car, and put it as traffic in MI, in SA the modded car would still obviously spawn, and that wouldn't be so fittable. BUT, as of now it looks like we may be able to actually ADD cars, which will solve the problem. Still needs some investigation though.

I don't think people would mind the fact that they are next to eachother as well. Should have a single bridge from either LS,LV,SF (as well as the abillity to fly there but thats obvious).

About the radar... If nobody can find a way to expand it, and I'm pretty sure that someone will, we can pretty much do without.

There aren't any REAL limits. We can control all hardcoded elements quite easily by changing the EXE. Sure, that's illegal, but we can use a launcher & memory hacking, like GTA:LC.

Well, erm, these are my 1.5 cents.

MI is NOT dead. Myriad Islands has been un-active because Illy has been converting it to San Andreas.

I have to say this sounds really inaccurate.

1) Illy can't convert all MI to SA by himself. That's a tad lot of work for one guy, people should convert their own lots.
He isn't busy converting the base land either, since that would take 5 minutes.

2) We don't really have enough knowledge about SA's file formats yet in order to begin converting. -Bigun

Noone is hiding anything, getting Myriad in SanAn is no secret. As I said before, all we did was removing the map with my Map Cleaner, added the unconverted dff files of illnorth, converted the txd(s) with Delfi's tool, and added ", -1" to each entry in the ipl files.

We are currently working on fixing some problems, and exporting the map again, with better lighting. Also, I'm trying to get a first working version of my new CollEditor done, so we can make use of shadows and lighting. As soon as we get that working, we will upload a package for you to test.

wait... unconverted DFF files? then what's keeping people from importing cars straight from VC?

For the san andreas version, can you add more cars like the buffalo and other cool cars? also can you make a bike shop with all motor bikes and bikes? or is that too much to ask?
