You're wasting a lot of space in your UVWs, dude. (from looking at the pic you posted)

What size texture are you using? 1024?

Looking great biggrin.gif

@abc123: Just model something and start texturing that, just do it the way you feel is good 'n easy. Keep on doing that and you'll get more exp on texturing and someday you'll notice you're making some kick **s textures smile.gif

Just a small update on the texturing. Missing rear/front lights, and some door detail ( crappy window texture, which was on the first texture screenies also hehe ). All scratch made smile.gif

I kinda mean in the paint program, but oh well. I'll learn some day.

That looks so bitchin, I like how much detail is on it with textures.

Yazu, you are the best vehicle modeler ever. I love all your vehicles, nd this is going to be too. I love Datsuns. Make it as detailed as your Ferrari 360 Modena, eh?

@abc: Photoshop, it's not that hard to learn and once you'll learn it it's a breeze smile.gif
@Lunik: Thx, and answered yer PM.
@Azo: Thankoo thankoo, you're da man biggrin.gif
@Warlord: Well if I remember right he modena wasn't realy that detailed, it just had a lot of polies in it hehe.
@gtafreak: Indeed the model has a baked material to give it some depth, but the rear lights have only a dim lighting from the baked material, bout 90% of the rearlight texture is hand made ( 10% being the baked material ) smile.gif
@bcspeed: Could be that the server was down for a moment, dunno. Yes it'll all be in the textures smile.gif

Cheerio, Yazu

holy sh*t, i see new pics... awesome model, man. especially the rearlights. the level of detail in it is breathtaking. the last thing i saw like this was the rearlights in Alexander's 70 Superbird... but this thing looks more like lowpoly...

awesome job, also on the textures, man. can't wait for the release. biggrin.gif

Wow, those seats look very realistic, the (i hope it is) leather looks very good, and good placing of the shining, this car has to be on of the most realistic ones left, i am going to be very excited to see the finished result as i said before.Cheers Kraxxuz
