just gotta apologies i like me pictures, so here's what ive done in the last
hour or so
word of advice
if youre having a prob with col files, its prob not the col file ,but you're model
check your model again for double faces and just plain bad connecting line's
(it was my prob ,anyways )
thats using sketchup
watch out fotr the thick double lines
fixed size of hill much better now
fixed the sculpture at -- (the bunker building ) below

im also working on some music to go with this mod aswell
(knife)its always been on the base for myraid and gta rally
its just easier to mod on these i find it faster to rebuild the archive (gta.img) that is no offence meant ( myraid team or gta rally )

actually find it easier to mod in myraid (there's less in the way) this answer you
Hopefully soon, everything ingame will have been made by myself.... map-n-buildings only no missions or things planned yet i have many ideas, but wheather they will come available, who nows? its really time involved .......

it's that time of the day again, only a few update's,
been working on scale today ,think ive got it correct
average size of single road=50 in sketchup
once in zmod scaled it by (6x50) if anyone knows a faster way please say
doesnt seem obvious to me ...dup
ive also included a moomapper picture aswell
Ingame, i havn't got on to the (lod ) files yet, so draw distance is annoying
ill do lods hopefully, once final map sections are complete and ingame, i think,
hope there easier to do than the original col files
and thanks again to the small guys, in the big shack for the picture hosting

as you can see, ive always had a little problem
wth the old texturing , but the idea here is to follow this project through
and get better its all a learning process...!
but i gotta say, it all started as eh..... a DREAM,,, to get models in-game

ok ...! the bunker area is sector -1 of a map i'm doing of 4 so far sector's
sector 1 the bunker - ( government building)- high security------
with research campus, located opposite
sector-2 the coast road - good to drive along the coast ,to sector 3 .
to make a garage along this route will probably be identical to the one on the highway but differing textures (lazy me )
sector-3 ( nothing has been given away about this location yet )
sector-4 -(haven't decided what to put here yet myself im open to suggestions
was thinking maybe a park with boating river waterfall n things see how it goes
(canal section)- theres is going to be a small underground- monorail system planned but thats a month or two away not in first set of files
getting ahead here....! back on things now
or maybe even the (world famous ) SCULPTURE PARK anyone is welcome to add there own personal 3d sculpture in a picturesk setting (sorry folks if im rattling on ) need some feedback on sector-4
this is the plan anyway ................
i was going to start ,diff topics for different sectors but ill keep it all together guys if thats sweet
its all going to be 1 mod
oh and also , if i can squeeze another picture in nearly finished the double-down offramp just to finish textures on it , and correctly sized piccie below
much prefer the double over i finished earlier this month

this country road, has just passed the (boating pond) near the bridge then , turns into a dual carraigeway ,which then takes you to the sculpture

(EDIT) Please use a URL link to big images (wider than about 650 pixels) otherwise it means everyone has to scroll horizontally to read what has been written. The mod looks pretty neat, though. I'm especially interested in the way you are doing your intersections. Using less smilies and fewer new lines would make your posts easier to read, too.

have wide screen on . completely forgot, DUP ( thumbs up - no smillie ) ill fix it
for next time . intersection are great fun cerb - but think im going to readjust the
bottom sections of the off and on ramps, either, this release or next one
(commando)- yeh its fun on the road, though gotta say that still got 1-2 lumpy
corners to smooth and it will be better

i've been having real problem's with getting the big tunnel in game
but success, (WOOPIDOO) got it sussed today ,not much to show though. anywayzzz
here's a picture, load's to get on with now sorting the textures
in tunnel ,hopefully the same idea as the one in gta3 ,very big connecting
all the sectors together
was'nt sure if i should make it an internal object or not meh...
and also placing it ,in the correct place (smillie here dozing )
thanks gt-1 tonight if ive got spare time ill be using photoshop, to try
and get the grass mid-mud -road textures better(another smillie here )

now its back to the (highway-Motorway) again today, been trying to
shmartin up the texture's , cos im usless at it .. and sort out the roads,
leaving the top, of one of the junctions (for the BUNKER and the science
park EXIT pheww .....

so all wasnt lost just thought id share that one folks so now im going to have to do the
drug barrons island cave system and gully again

that pic with the solid green untextured parts......is that in-game ? ? i am dreaming up an otherworldly mod and want to know if it is possible to just make things solid colors. Thank you.
