Argh! Mutter vs System Of A Down. 2 of my favourite albums.

hehe. Don't really know who my opponent is. I heard of the band but not any of their songs. GO SOAD!

Shouldn't we try to keep the rounds in the same genres?
Such as
21. Megadeth - Rust In Peace. vs 44.Public Enemy - It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back
22. Nas-Illmatic vs 43. Led Zeppelin - I
27. Wu-Tang Clan; Enter the 36 Chamber vs 38. The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper
It's tough to compare two completely different genres.

In then second round i will try to keep the rounds more in the same genre, but with the first round having 64 entries it is pretty darn hard.

We are now 3/4 full, to get the final 1/4 of nomionations you can use your second vote, i will NOT use ones allready posted in the topic just yet, i will use them last if needed.
So come and vote

I already nominated something, so my second nomination would be The Smiths - The Queen is Dead.

The Sex Pistols blow ass. There are better bands that could win this.

I agree, to an extent, but Never Mind The Bollocks is usually always nominated for these kind of things.

That's completely true, but that's probably because of what the album stood for. It is one of the most mainstream punk albums of all time after all.

However Pistols' musical side leaves a lot to be desired.

I would not use the word “grossly” and “Pink Floyd” in the same post smile.gif
That being said, I agree that The Pink Floyd has better work than the wall as well, but the wall is well known and should WIN this laughable contest!

I PWN anyone who dares to vote differently wow.gif

Personally im partial to a bit of "Animals" myself, they're all great. The reason I put in The Wall as my nominee was because I was listening to the live version at that moment in time.

You know what I just noticed? Both of my nominations are against each other on the first page. That's a nono.

Please mix the "battles" up when you get all 64 albums.

No sh*t, Pink Floyd is A BAND. SINGULAR. And yes, Dark Side of the Moon is much better.
