Anyways lets cut to the storyline.
You start off as a normal cop but as time goes by and the number of criminals in the city increase, you get involved with things you don’t want to, and fall prey to blackmail. You trapse into the criminal world, and start to do things behind everyone’s back.
In an attempt to get the black-mailers off your back, you start to get involved in a little organsied crime, but something goes wrong, and in the confusion, the police catch you, and sentence you to jail for conspiracy. You get sent to jail for a few years, but you luckily escape from the jail ride. The cops are after you, gangs are after you – so you decide to fight back.
In a bid for revenge, you decide to hunt them down, but you dont know any of the crime bosses, so you have to fight your way to the top and hunt the people who got you put away in the first place.

Finding out whether I have time to do a model to show you for an application will demonstrate to me whether I have time to work on the project overall, if you do allow me to. I already have a general base made, and I'll begin adding details to it.
What kind of model would you like to see as an example of someone's work?
What I have done now is a funky skyscraper building, but if that's not what you'd like, I'll begin work on something else. Also, just so you know, I won't be starting work on that just yet, because I have to finish off some college application stuff, but I anticipate being able to begin real work on the building, or whatever, within the next two weeks.
By the way, the later links DO work, just not the first three or four.

But its your choice a couple of notices though, a true TC would have scratch made ped models not skinned ones as you seemed to say one of the team members were doing, but this isn't important.
Your basic land mass/base looks fairly highpoly with no area for any actual architecture (buildings etc.), unless you have other plans to use this?
Lastly, you could use some better sigs than your current ones they lack most things and no one will actually know they represent a TC.
