Lot: illcom r1_r11
Description: A skyscrapper
Message: I'm a noob modeller and I need help to export, texture (in UV mapper) and down the polys, any guy can help me? I tried with some manuals and the game crash... The pic is a suxor model, high poly,easy... I model it in 10 minutes, but need some details, and texture.

After doing frameworks in mechanics recently, I don't even wanna know what forces are involved there. Hope it's strong Style wise, it's a little odd, but why not, just as long as it doesn't overlap another persons lot in the sky, or point out the sea, cause that'll just look dumb. I think you'll need 2 as well, positioned apart from each other, like in real life, to stop it looking stupid - GTAuron

This is not the the place to post your questions but why not try a compound object>boolean to cut the cone as a start, clean up unwanted vertices by welding (use snap to vertices) then extrude the new polys inwards and delete them. Then weld virtices to inside cone.
Wow sounds hard but it isn't. If I get time I'll post some screens. All the best.
Addendum: Remember you only have to do one cut then clone and weld

- illcom_c1_r1, illcom_c1_r3, illcom_c2_r8 (Decay's lots) now free
I confused with one of Decay's LOT (near D.K. enterprises) (i find LOT name in Download topic - Decay's Apartment). Delfi's (or JerneyL's) radar map says, that he release this lot. Somebody has this lot?

i will attempt to find the screenshots i made of them for MI-VC and also look into converting them to SA, 5 of the lots were actually released as max scene's in one of the MI threads but that might be archived.

Thirdly, I've changed lot map after Knife's message in this topic.
At last, you spoke, that at you is Blatent's (2) and TGR's (1) lots. Therefore, can you show progress in the same theme or inform guys about this (they too from GTAwip).

Blatent's lot has gone to jasonb (jason needs it) and the Seaworld lot by ***TGR*** can be relocated, so afaik that lot can be used by other modders.
Edit: here is a pic showing all the Redkiller and Decay lots that i have, the lots are highlighted in dark greenish colour.
the unreleased lots i have are as follows:-
i found some screens of the lots for MI-VC, i will post them up in the PPT.

I've given the reference to this theme, because there are stated the BASIC lot creation rules.
And it's SR's old lot map.

Thanks for the link to the lot theme map I found it once but could never find it again.
If anyone thinks that these buildings are out of character with the surround lots I would be happy to move them or model something else. Maybe the owners of the adjacent lots could post some pics.
These are not the final textures and there is only minimal vertex painting.
1. I want to put another large building on the waterfront and maybe a side road.
2. I think that the lot map is out of date. I read that Decay had given up this lot.
