well this is it, vehicles has had a ppc long enough and people are starting to showcase map objects in there without a vehicle on it... this is against forum rules as it is going offtopic is it not?

anyway we needed 1 of these, so feel free.. Post a picture of your work, and see what the public think tounge.gif



well, umm.... thats it...

post away! (hopefully this shall liven up the maps room abit more, as it is pretty dull in here....)

Its a place to show map mods you are making, Preferably models that have been scratch made or altered, so here are 2 things ive made recently, both for Monitor inlove.gif

Wow, nice land bit, heres a cookie just for that : cookie.gif

BTW if anyone of you have San Andreas, i reccomend using the textures from the game, all the textures in my pics ^^^ are from San Andreas, ALL OF THEM smile.gif

So they are only the textures? Can't you import models? I tried.... but it crashes my zmod.

U know timmy your the last person i ever expected to say that. No u cant due to the structure of the dff format is far more different than vices. Models can't be impoterted untill a filter is designed to allow the object to show up in Zmod.

Oh, I thought that it might of been the commpression or format that models are converted/compessed into when they go onto the DVD disk... thats all.

Didnt I hear somewhere that ripping textures from warez wasnt actually allowed, or was that just the tools that ripped em from it. wow.gif Cant remember anyway, this iwll die if its not pinned imo also.

The one i did in that program came out at over 20.000 faces

dude! use the optimizer tool on it.. that may reduce... 50 poly's lol, naah go on, see what it will do, it wont hurt smile.gif

Optimize modifier won't work on booleaned land anyway.

Moon surface has craters. But yeh, it looks like that because it's untextured. And I wouldn't bother texturing it, you know that it's a bitch.
