Sounds like Richard has the gang territory glitch from flying far away from the map

You don't need to fly way off the map, to get the Bayside area.

That video you linked has nothing at all to do with either territories or flying off the map...

I wasn't talking about how to get to Bayside, I was explaining the reason why Richard had gang territories in Bayside. Because he flew far away from the map for a long time which creates a glitch of new spawned territories. The longer you keep flying the more territories pop up.

On the PS2 the Bayside marina Gang Turf is part of the Game, not a 'glitch' from flying.
It is a true and honest programmed part of the game, which was removed in later editions because too many Players couldn't find it.

Wrong. The Bayside turf from the original PS2 release was caused by flying off the map during the St Marks Bistro mission where CJ flies east out to sea. Most players would fly directly towards that marker and so they would fly over the same glitchy zone that triggers the Bayside gang turf. This turf had a density of 1 so only 1 wave of attack would occur, a clear indication that this turf was added by a glitch. I have examined the original PS2 scripts; they do not code for a zone in Bayside.

What I think BabeRuth was implying with that video was following that train can lead you to Bayside Marina.

Bayside Marina though, I'm not sure if it's enabled as gang territory due to the Freefall or Saint Marks Bistro mission.

But the territory was already there before the Saint Marks Bistro mission.

It wasn't owned by Vagos when territory colors were displayed on the map the 1st time after completing Doberman. So my guess is Vagos take it over thanks to Freefall and the color isn't displayed until after Home Coming.

a bit off convo, but has anyone done gang wars or any mission, by just getting guns you have found, got by killing enemies. for example I died and spawned at the hospital in ballas turf, killed a cop, 3 ballas and got a mini Uzi and a 9mm. and took a dark 3 wave territory
