Well, it might that killerkip 1.4 changes some sharing files. For ex. the map or smth. else)

Erm.. did you try changing the limits for the Vice City Edited Mod? I got KillerKip's mod to work then.. SERIOUS! I got it to work with KillerKip 1.4... just use VC Limit Adjuster to fix it.... rename gta-vc.exe to renamegta-vc.exe, and then the Vice City Edited Mod exe to gta-vc.exe, adjust the limits to the ones that KillerKip gave and then rename the mod back to whatever it was, and renamegta-vc.exe to gta-vc. Should work... if it doesn't then I'm skeptic about your copy..

Nipa, thanks! I have just thought about this. KillerKip's mod has changes map so you have to adjust limits for VC-ED too!

Both Killerkip as VCED are NO total conversions, a total conversion replaces EVERYTHING! cars, map, missions, players, etc.
Killerkip replaces scm and cars, and maybe adds a bit to the map, i dunno.
VCed adds some scms, from which you can choose.
