Finally got round to installing this although the first time using the install script messed up my game. Anyway after manually installing them I think they look good and I see your point with the transparency. I have found no bugs yet but the black outer line around the fire station stands out alot almost looks like a road is supposed to be there. Also this doesnt have all the lots atm, but these can be put in I suppose.

So far so good Delfi, makes it alot better.

I added it to the download centre also.

the fire station.. i decided that all asphalt aread would be black, so i made the thing
around black as roads.. may be changed later.

i think it has all lots that i could download in download topic, if i am missing any tell me which and where can i get them.

There is also Snow Racers yacht lot, his new one that was released a little time ago. I think a few others are missed, ill have another check sometime. smile.gif

IS it possible to make an uninstall script? Bcause now my game crashes every time i try to start new game..... sad.gif Backup file replacements dont work

Just wondering if you're going to keep the radar up to date constantly, such as a new radar release after a new lot is released. That would keep you really busy though. confused.gif

Will you be adding anything to the park because there are or is a building on there I have not checked the update but I dont think these lots whave be done, but they easily could have been done:

Why don't you use your Citycraft and render the map based on col files? You could easily modify it, set up an orthogonal camera which looks down at the map perpendicularly, and get a much more accurate map. Col files won't make trouble...

because nobody bothers to edit cols to use correct material surfaces!! ph34r.gif

and because citycraft can't correctly rotate objects when rendering.

Dont say nobody uses proper col surfaces, I made sure that my COL surfaces were as they should be, grass acts like grass etc but a lot of people dont for some reason. Anyway its starnge that the recycling building doesnt appear, shows up in mine...

not just that but several more buildings don't appear in my moomapper (latest version)

aniway, because i am leaving the gta modding here are my radar developments:

what is in-there?

jasc paint shop pro 7 vector radar map (double-size of original radars)
double-size gif radar file
normal-size bmp file for slicing, i resized + sliced it via this method:

1. merge all layers
2. resize using smart method to 50%
3. apply image sharpness once (not the one with setup dialog)
4. save as bmp
5. turn on grid in paint shop pro, set it to 128*128 pixels and red color
6. slice all parts changed out, save them to the bmp's in txd folder
7. import using your favourite txd editor to appropriate txd's
8. put them into the img file.

any custom changes you do should be given to public in form of paint shop pro file.
