Hope you all like it. If you can see, my lot is not totally filled. That means that I want to, that my next release will contain (lower) skycrapers and flats.

Added to the centralized download list for you, looks very small though maybe you could have moved it backwards more into the lot and made the garden type thing around it larger.

Ok, some constructive criticism + questions:

Is there going to be an interior? It looks great (especially for a Beta) but it would be better with an interior!

What's with the wall at the back? I thought the textures hadn't loaded correctly. How about a Garage/Garden or Graffiti etc.?

Some of the textures are a bit sharp/blurry.

Other that that, excellent!

whats wrong with people?

no1 can see that this building not fit to this island... maybe for second island will fit more? cuz on this island we must have bigger buildings or we can remove odie and create small buildings like this one?

and again > why you and Ekamentus make boxy buildings and can't texture good?

model looks good if you made for render's not for game

Agreed.

You just don`t see them kind of houses in commercuial areas, a suburb maybe, but definately not near 100 floor scyscrapers.

@ Mult: Why the big wall? There will come my next building(s). You must know that this is a strange, strange building. It's standing, here in Myriad Island, between big offices.
That's the same as in real life: You walk on the street, big flats left en and right. When you look forward you'll see the Dutch Highway. When you look back, you see big offices. But at the end of this street is this built: Rietveld! It maybe gives confusion, that's a good thing. A bit 'art' can't be bad for a city.

@ Snowracer: Not it's not made out of boxes, made with Z-Modeler and added the textures with 3dsmax.

But don't worry. This is just a betaV1.0. I'll listen to your ideas and try to make what your saying.
I admit, it's strange looking between the other buildings. But I like it. smile.gif

this is just boxes resized and reshaped in zmod joined together to form one wacky shape.What a crap lot... this shouldnt be kept in myriad, it will let down the quality lots out there.For example across the street is quality.Maybe with a reskin and more of them to fill up the lot they could be a trendy set of flats with cool ambient lights at night and a fountian in the middle with a garage.Right now it plain sucks, im sorry to say, just like the dickheads building also released.

I think it looks good, but needs some reshaping.
And don't use Object ID 2221, and 2760 , its been used by numerous lots already.

It looks terrible, especially where its located. And I pretty much agree on what Snow Racer said about the textures and boxy lookyness.

I like it, and as the owner of the lot across the street, I like it where it is. Everything else on the lot is going to be purist (office buildings). I don't know how, but somehow it fits.

After finally having a look at this lot, I have a few things about it:
1. You should try and find some new better textures, they dont look very good in some parts.
2. You should move the lot further back into the lot base land because its too near the road, put something or whatever you like in the garden part of it.
3. The Ekamentus and ABMC writing does not too very good, if you are going to do such a thing make it fit on teh building in some way.
4. Do something with that backwall, I dont know what but need something for sure.
5. You should try changing the base land maybe also.

Overall I think the lot needs some work but it can be done.
