The cars drive off the road because SR had hi tunnel there but he said he is no longer using that lot because it had problems and the paths have not been fixed since.
I dont really get the cars stopping for the traffic anymore, I dont really take notice though.

The editor makes it dirt-simple to make and fix paths. I made the freeway paths for cars and peds by hand, using PlayerPos and inserting the co-ords node by node into notepad. suicidal.gif But for the boat paths I used the editor and it's dead easy to use, once you figure out what keys do what. Even editing in junctions and re-routing stuff is easy as pie, although it doesn't optimise the node batches especially well if you start deleting and inserting nodes.

@ Barton: I placed the boat paths close to the land because there wasn't too many parked boats around the island these were only temporary so that people can use boats.

@ Everyone else sorry I have been gone for a while I have started up a new business and it sucked up alot of my free time for a while there but it is starting to get back to normal so I can get back to work here shortly. I can now get back to the paths and the little things I was working on like the fire plugs, utility poles, and the boat models I was working on.

The next release I'm to asume that just to remove the paths to Snow Racers tunnel since the project is no longer being worked on. I'm also going to move the boat paths far away from land since there have been some complaints. If there is anything anybody else notices speak now because like cerbera said the paths are easy to create and dont take long to draw.

One of the bridges has been released with a proper arch and everything but the other hasn't. The problem is not running a boat path through there (I recall I made that one, actually) but the fact that the second bridge hasn't been finished. Just wait for the completion of the second bridge by illspirit and it'll be fine. Bear in mind Myriad Islands is a perpetual work in progress. smile.gif

Ghost, running paths around small areas like DieselGT's docks might not be a good idea because there wouldn't be much/any traffic in an area like that but then again it shouldn't be totally deserted either. Some ped paths down there (where there is space) would be good. Once the zone formats are figured out we can set industrial style vehicles and dockland workers to spawn there rather than all sorts of cars and people.

Actually cerb that one was my doing I ran them through there because sooner or later someone (hopefully Illy) will clone the other bridge over there. The paths version that I added to didn't have any boat paths in it so all those errors are my doing. And as long as this is is a work in progress there will be updates. I also need to drop some more bouy's here and there. I'm going to do that first before I redraw the paths.

-Placed the paths back to their original spot around the old tunnel.
-Boat paths around Nuclear Island rerouted.

And add this to the new in MI topic.

If you would have looked carefully I updated the CDC a few days back when this was released. I didnt change the url link that can be seen that was still at 4.4 or something but the actual link had been changed. Anyway I edited both parts now so it should not be confusing. Edited titile also.

Does this also fix the ped paths on the eastern side of Rkland? I'm not at home right now, so I can't check.

If not, the peds walk in the grass (and around light posts that aren't in the way?) instead of the sidewalk.
