This is a nice mod and everything but I got to the army base and i didnt know what to do...You need a walkthrough for this or something.

Niko, get in the dune buggy. You can only get to it by jumping over the fence from one of the towers.

We are still working on GTA Long Night, and are making lots of progress. Below are two new screenshots from new missions:

No idea as to date of delivery, but our rate of progress keeps picking up, and we want it finished as much as the rest of you.

I also noticed there's only 5 zombies in the first screen shot.. Is that just because you killed a load or have you lowered the amount that spawn infront of you?

Mealing, we have not turned down the number of zombies coming after you, that's just a slow picture. However, the idea for the final release is you don't see zombies spawn in. As for being taken down from the Gamer's Alliance, if you do a search for GTA:Long Night you will find plenty of sites to download from. I know we are hosted at Download.com if nothing else.

I just finished d/l and installing...it's awesome!!! I love the flame texture, the new gun textures, and the addition of the PS2 teargas!!! Great job Hellfish!!!

What else is planned for this TC?

The final version of GTA Long Night will feature a new storyline with multiple playable characters and intersecting plots, meaning if you save someone in one mission you may play a mission as them somewhere else down the line. Current plans put the finished mission count near 27 or 28, of which 15 are heavily underway or currently completed. Assuming the rate of progress remains constant, we should release in two to three months, though life often finds a way to interfere, so don't be too eager. That said, the demo pails in comparison to the actual missions which vary from clearing the Mall of zomies in an RC Helicopter, to providing air support to a military convoy with an M60.

i really want to play this mod, i used the install script and i moved the other files to their respective places. i run vice, start a new game, and it stops halfway through loading... does anyone have an idea of what went wrong?

the install script only sorts out the files that go into gta3.img as far as i know, you did add the rest of the files manually right?

There will be no 0.3 of the demo, only the final build, which will hopefully be out in a month, a month and a half, as soon as its done.

As far as modifying the main but not distributing it, I'll never know about it.

There are currently seventeen missions, some entirely complete, others far from it. There will probably be more levels, though I couldn't guess how many. The game plays by level, so upon completion of one mission the next one automatically begins. If you die on a mission you restart it instantly.

The 0.2 patch is only a weapons.dat and main.scm so message me with your email address and I'll send it to you.

In the screenshots it is indeed Lance Vance in his Police uniform, but he'll porbably go byebye by the time of the actual release. But to answer your question, yes you still play as Fat Albert, but you also play as several other characters.

For some reason our scripts for the mod installer wouldn't work if we did anything but txds and dffs, so that's all we did with it.

If your still stuck in the mall, the exit's upstairs near the Sandking.
