Snowracer found my problem. For some reason I thought it had to go on top.

@SteveM - Create a Col for the lod object.

i have done everything and my game still crashes with this lot installed.There are no conflicting id's and i created a lod.It looks good in moomapper but crashes the game.Have a nice day! biggrin.gif (has anyone got this working)

Works for me now.

OH! yes, when you import stairs.col, it imports an object called stairs_c4_r2. Rename it to just stairs.

Does anyone use my script? And I hate it when the texture flashes. Can it be fixed?

yes i used your script. im not experiencing any texture flashes at all. all i can say is maybe try to rebuild the img

Sorry, Im still here though. I was playin MI tonight and I thougt it looked pretty ugly. I'm gonna make another version with better textures, some more trees and shrubs, the COL for the LOD ( I forgot to include it) and a sign for the building. I'm thiknking this will be done with a day or two. sigh.gif

I can't imagine how it CAN work at all when the COL object for the stairs.dff is named stairs_c4_r2 instead of just stairs. Other than that, I can't imagine how the game can use an IPL file that doesn't have any texture references, like the readme:

But, since the COL object for the stairs is ......, the install script won't work anyway. You must manually rename the COL object to stairs to make it work.

that's the 2dfx lightning...that's why the lot is darker, not a glitch though wink.gif

well if you look a little closer youll see that there is a tiny gap between the grass and also on the road.

Edit:As you can see in the last pic im sorta goin in the gap.That happens if you go over this weird gap.

yes, ive seen that gap before you...it's not really a important bug, simply move the lot a bit if you want no gap wink.gif

Obviously I put the txd on the bottom. I used my own script! This also happens at rkland but not as much.

Well this does'nt happen with my RK land, and I could never get a scipt working with that anyway. I used a readme I made and that works fine, I will go and install this now. smile.gif

Looks like that (edit: those) texture(s) is (are) stretched to destruction. Like a bad texture job. I could be wrong (could be the exe, TXD.IMG, ...).

I dont remember is I have replied here before, but I actually like this building it just needs pre-lighting done which you already know. The reason why I like the building is because its simple and will not slow Myriad down, I used the install script from Spaace and it works fine.

Good job Decay and RK. smile.gif Works fine for me, looking forward to the FINAL release of it.

Try updating your graphic drivers, or you might need to put the V.C. 1.1 patch on. smile.gif
