Nice, but we really need low poly things for this. That badge probably has more polys than an entire car.

I reccomend you alter it slightly and change the word "Porsche". I think we all know how Demarest feels about spoofing companies or products and remember, even if we are distributing this mod for free, companies can still ask for us to remove any references to them or face a lawsuit (see: Boston Pizza incedent).

p.s i don't understand right click object is it on the toolbar?

your zmodeler is like.. f*cked up
to move the tools menubar click the <> button to undock it
then re - dock it to the right place and it will be fixed..

They are great models mate, but if you make all your models with a high poly count, then when you run the game and have a few of your models on the screen at the same time, the game will slow down and run choppy.(unless you have a really good graphics card)

if your talking about the glock, then its not too bad actually.. the average polycount for most gta3 (mod weapons not ones that come with the game) is around 800, and because the glock has a very basic shape i can affort to add that little bit more detail

What's so great about a box with textures then ? Even I could have created something like that. For that brown building texture, I could have ripped that from "star wars 1: dark forces". There was a building like that in there. Not impressive at all. And I'm saying it because you called it a box yourself. dozingoff.gif

well if you look... its not a box actually it has parts removed and has sortof balconyish (word?) bits..... and the mapping isnt bad either

with a proper base it will be quite impressive. Maybe you could make the base the actual dealership. there was a Cadillac (or som GM product) Dealership in downtown detroit like that years ago.

you cant tell me, this is only a bos with 10 polys... my professionel modder eyes see extruded faces at all floors, so its not only a box. The textures looks good, i like digipic based textures.

Because at first glance, it looks real. Who cares how detailed the surface is. Lower poly means more likeable for PCs, no?
