i am using Mapeditor to change the mangled dug up road in GTA III and certain things are invisible such as roads and barriers that only appear once i have crashed into them and blown up in the game

I don't know what im doing wrong. I see other people succsessfully copy bridges and roads to other places on the gta3 map and their game is perfect.....
If anyone knows what the hell I am doing wrong pleas email me

Interesting find for San Andreas IDE and LODs tonight;
It seems that the draw distance of LOD models is relative to where you
begin to see them. When you draw a building 300 units distance, and draw
it's counterpart LOD for 1000 units like so...
12345, mydff, mytxd, 300, 0
12346, lodmydff, mytxd, 1000, 0
... you in turn end up with an element that draws a total of 1300 units.
The pop in begins the line of sight "counter". lil sunitin' fo the wiki soon.
