Oum I don't think this it a common problem but I would like to know if any body has a fix for it.
Whats happin'ing is
1. The Pink Markers Won't Show up
2. I can't see when cars are on fire/smoking
3. Lights (Traffic Lights/Car/Items) Appear at Random

A quick respons would be appceated

Ok i figured out that the problem has to do with the way the game orders the layers dose anybody know if the v1.1 patch fixes this

it may help.  just save a copy of your gta-vc.exe as gta-vc-original.exe or something in case you don't like what it does.

frame limiter fixes most of these types of problems.  seems the game wasn't made to go over 30 frames per second so it's pot luck after that.  some get 90 with no prob, I'm stuck at 30 with my high$ card and I'm not real happy about it.  I can turn AA and AF up high though :)

I had the same problem with GTA3 and my ProSavage card.  I just got a GeForce 4 mx440 64mb and it fixed all of that and made the game a bit crisper.
